The terraces are stuccoed and are in an eclectic classical style featuring English Baroque details and French touches.

Lancaster Gate stands alongside Hyde Park Gardens as one of the two grandest of the 19th-century housing schemes lining the northern side of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens.

Project Details

The project was established following the implementation of legislation in relation to combustible cladding. 

The design brief included the entire removal of the existing cladding system and full replacement utilising a compatible and compliant system.

N&J were approached by the design consultants in relation to defective cladding and following a competitive tender process were successful in securing the main contract to deliver the works.
