above pre-industrial levels. We are taking steps to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions to achieving
Net Zero by 2050.

We have encouraged employees to become more environmentally conscious, promoting reusable
lunch options (i.e., reusable tubs over single use plastics/cling films) and water bottles. We are
actively working on improving, engaging with suppliers to provide all operatives with a reusable
stainless-steel water bottles for example.

Regular monitoring and reporting of carbon emissions, progress toward targets, and the
effectiveness of carbon reduction measures will be conducted and communicated transparently.
