Description

The Charlton triangle estate is located off the Charlton Road and adjacent to the grade 1 listed Charlton house and gardens in Charlton, South-East London. The estate is managed by Charlton Triangle Homes a subsidiary of Family Mosaic (now Peabody). Charlton Triangle is made up of 53 blocks of flats of varying sizes and styles.

Project Details

The project was established following the securing of funding as part of the CESP (Community Energy Saving Programme). The project had to be completed within a nine-month period otherwise the funding would be lost. It was reported in the press at the time.

N&J (approved Installer) were approached by the Partnering contractor Mears and following a competitive tender process were successful in securing a subcontract package to deliver the External wall insulation works, Photo voltaic installation and new gas boilers.
