N&J Building Services are experienced building contractors with extensive experience in the construction, delivering a multitude of high value projects which have focused on external cladding and refurbishment.
Working closely with main contractors Mears Group Plc and with Brighton & Hove City Council over the last 10 years, we have completed works several high-rise tower blocks along with numerous houses and a couple of low rise buildings.
Alongside this work we have also completed Cladding Projects for Lakehouse Group and Family Mosaic Housing.
These projects have formed some of our moments and are highlighted in our case studies section.
In addition to these cladding projects, we have also in recent years expanded our business portfolio into the conversion of disused spaces into residential dwellings.
For our part in this “Hidden Homes” initiative, our operatives were instrumental as the main labour force in the transformation of old bin rooms, public toilets and caretakers offices into something that that would bring a home and with it real change into someone’s life.
See our Case Studies and Photos pages to see more of these amazing transformations.
Our portfolio of works also includes many external and structural refurbishment works carried out on a variety of builds and properties.
These works have included:
Installation of Structural Steel Beams
Brickwork Repairs, including rebuilding, repointing and replacement ties
Concrete Repairs (Sika, Fosroc, Remmers, Triflex and more)
Groundworks (including Service Trenches and Strip & Pad Foundations)
N&J Building Services is an expanding business taking on both Main Contractor and Subcontractor roles on a variety of projects, focusing on the Cladding Replacement and Refurbishment areas of the Construction Industry.
Our wealth of experience in the External Cladding and Refurbishment has put us in a unique position to address the industries growing need to address buildings made unsafe by combustible cladding. Our history has given us the tools necessary to meet the challenges of the emerging need to safely remove and replace combustible cladding.
